Bigfella Auto Express - Transport Agreement
1. Payment Terms
$0 to book. A $250 deposit is charged once your carrier is assigned and you approve the final price.
Deposit + COD: The service fee (plus card processing fees) is charged to confirm dispatch. The remaining carrier balance is due directly to your driver in cash or certified funds at delivery.
Pay in Full: The full approved amount (plus card processing fees) is charged once you approve final pricing. No payment is due at delivery.
Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, personal checks, and wire transfers are not accepted.
2. Final Quote Guarantee
The price provided at booking is your final price. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
3. Agreement to Dispatch
By signing this agreement or submitting a booking, the customer authorizes Bigfella Auto Express to list the vehicle on national dispatch boards, secure a licensed and insured carrier, and communicate with the carrier on the customer's behalf.
4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Customer must accurately disclose vehicle operability, modifications, and special conditions. Failure to disclose may result in additional fees or delays.
5. Pickup & Delivery Windows
All pickup and delivery dates are estimated windows, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or prior deliveries.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must remove personal belongings, provide accurate contact information, be present at pickup and delivery, and inspect the vehicle at delivery.
7. Carrier Cargo Insurance
All carriers maintain a minimum of $150,000 cargo insurance. Covered: transport-related damage, theft during transit, total loss. Not Covered: personal items, mechanical failure, acts of nature, pre-existing damage.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Before Carrier Assignment: Full refund. After Carrier Assignment: $250 deposit non-refundable. After Vehicle Pickup: No refunds.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bigfella Auto Express is not liable for loss of use, missed travel, rental expenses, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to coordinating transport and assisting with claims.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes resolved through mediation or arbitration in the State of Texas. Governed by Texas law.
