BIGFELLA AUTO EXPRESS — AUTO TRANSPORT AGREEMENT (SIMPLIFIED)

By reserving transport services with Bigfella Auto Express, Customer agrees to the terms below.

1. WHAT WE DO: Licensed auto transport broker. We connect you with licensed motor carriers.

2. RESERVATION AUTHORIZATION: Information accurate. Pricing based on market.

3. PRICING STRUCTURE: Estimated range at reservation. Final price when carrier secured.

4. PAYMENT TERMS: $150 refundable deposit to start sourcing a carrier. Deposit refundable if cancelled before carrier assignment. Final balance due at pickup.

5. FINAL PRICE APPROVAL: Customer receives carrier details and final price before dispatch. Must confirm approval.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY: Customer may cancel anytime before carrier assignment at no charge. After carrier assignment, the $150 deposit is non-refundable.

7. PICKUP & DELIVERY: Pickup/delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or carrier scheduling.

8. VEHICLE CONDITION: Customer agrees vehicle is accurately described and does not contain illegal or hazardous items.

9. DAMAGE CLAIMS: All damage must be noted at delivery on Bill of Lading. Claims filed directly with carrier insurance. Broker not responsible for transport damage.

10. GOVERNING LAW: Governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes handled in Harris County, Texas.
