Once you approve your quote, we secure your booking. We'll collect your vehicle details and preferred dates, then begin the carrier matching process based on your service level selection.

We only assign carriers that meet our strict requirements:

• 98% or better FMCSA safety rating
• Minimum $150,000 cargo insurance coverage

Once a carrier is assigned, you'll receive carrier company name, MC/USDOT number, driver's name and direct phone number, copy of Certificate of Insurance, copy of driver's license, and photo of the truck and trailer.

At pickup, the driver completes a full vehicle inspection and takes detailed photos documenting the vehicle's condition using our electronic Bill of Lading (eBOL) system. You'll review the pickup photos and electronically sign on the driver's device to confirm the vehicle condition.

Upon delivery, the driver completes the same inspection process with final photos. You'll review and electronically sign on the driver's device to confirm delivery and condition. All documentation is stored securely for your records.

After delivery, we follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. Our team remains available for any questions and provides support for insurance claims if needed.
