3. PAYMENT: $150 refundable deposit to start sourcing. Balance due at pickup.
4. CANCELLATION: Cancel anytime before carrier assignment at no charge — deposit refunded in 3–5 business days. After carrier assignment, deposit is non-refundable.
5. PICKUP & DELIVERY: Dates are estimates only. Delays may occur.
6. DAMAGE CLAIMS: Note all damage at delivery on Bill of Lading. Claims filed directly with carrier insurance.

No deposit until we have a carrier: We don't collect money until a qualified carrier has accepted your load at an agreed rate. You see the final price before anything is locked.
Multi-unit coordination: If you're moving five units from a single auction block to different delivery points, we treat that as a single coordinated dispatch — not five separate transactions.
Non-running and inoperable units: We transport non-running vehicles with winch-equipped carriers. If you're buying mechanicals or salvage at auction, select non-running when you book and we'll source the right equipment.
Reporting and documentation: Each completed shipment includes carrier confirmation, Bill of Lading, and condition report — ready for your deal jacket or fleet management system.
