2. Full Payment to Reserve Your Booking

Unlike other services, we require full payment to confirm and reserve your car shipment. After reviewing and accepting your quote, the next step is to make your payment in full.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit card, debit card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. You can pay directly on our website or over the phone.
• Once payment is made, your booking is fully confirmed, and we will assign a carrier to transport your vehicle.

3. Prepare Your Vehicle for Pickup

Once your payment is confirmed, it’s time to get your vehicle ready for shipping:

• Clean your vehicle: Make sure your car is clean so that you can clearly document its condition with photos.
• Remove personal items: We recommend that you remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.
• Check fluid levels and battery: Ensure your vehicle is in running condition. If it’s non-operable, let us know, so we can arrange for specialized transport.

4. Vehicle Pickup

On the scheduled pickup date, a professional carrier will come to your location to collect your vehicle. The carrier will conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle’s condition and complete a Bill of Lading, which you will sign.

• If your vehicle is being picked up from a location with restricted access, such as a military base, we can arrange an alternative meeting point.

5. Transport in Transit

After the carrier loads your vehicle, it will begin its journey to the destination. Your vehicle will be covered under the carrier's cargo insurance for the duration of transport.

You will receive regular GPS updates so you can track the status of your vehicle and know exactly where it is at all times.

6. Vehicle Delivery

Once your vehicle arrives at its destination, the driver will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. At delivery:

• Inspect your vehicle: Make sure the car is in the same condition it was in when it was picked up.
• Sign the Bill of Lading: Acknowledge receipt of your vehicle.
• Final Payment: As the full payment was made when reserving your booking, no additional payment is required at delivery unless there are any outstanding fees or charges related to special services.

7. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us! If there are any issues with your vehicle during transport, please report them immediately. We’re here to ensure a smooth and trouble-free experience.

• No Hidden Fees: The price quoted to you is final. There are no surprise fees or hidden charges.
• Insurance Coverage: Your vehicle is covered under a minimum of $250,000 in contingent cargo insurance during transport.
