Bigfella Auto Express Exposes Critical Security Flaws in Super Dispatch Platform

Houston, TX – February 11, 2025 – Bigfella Auto Express is calling for urgent industry awareness regarding the risks associated with Super Dispatch, a widely used auto transport management platform that promotes itself as a secure and reliable solution. A recent incident involving an untrustworthy carrier, AMS Auto Carrier (USDOT 4204088, MC 1622392), and its partnered broker, Blu Line LLC, has revealed major security vulnerabilities that put both businesses and customers at risk.

The dispute arose when a vehicle transport arranged through Super Dispatch turned into a hostage situation. The carrier, AMS Auto Carrier, agreed to a $1,200 payment via Super Dispatch’s “5 Day Super Pay” option. However, upon delivery, the carrier demanded an additional $1,200 in cash from the customer, refusing to release the vehicle until payment was made. Law enforcement had to intervene, and the customer was forced to pay in cash under duress.

Further violations by AMS Auto Carrier included:

  • Failure to provide tracking updates – The carrier disabled GPS tracking despite this being a contractual requirement.

  • No Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation – The carrier did not upload necessary photos, obtain customer signatures, or complete standard documentation upon pickup or delivery.

  • Defamation and deception – AMS misled the customer, falsely claiming that Bigfella Auto Express was scamming them and that business phone lines were disconnected.

  • Cancellation of the contract in Super Dispatch – The carrier canceled the agreement on the Super Dispatch platform before delivery, further complicating legal accountability.

Despite Super Dispatch’s assurances of security and its vetting process for carriers, the platform failed to protect both the broker and the customer. After repeated requests for legal and compliance documentation confirming AMS Auto Carrier’s removal, Super Dispatch has gone silent, offering no transparency or further support.

This incident highlights the urgent need for more stringent security measures in the auto transport industry. Brokers and customers relying on Super Dispatch should be aware that its security claims may not fully protect against fraud and breaches of contract. If a carrier can blatantly disregard agreed-upon terms and hold a vehicle hostage while Super Dispatch remains unresponsive, then the industry must demand better solutions.

Bigfella Auto Express is urging Super Dispatch to provide full documentation of AMS Auto Carrier’s removal and ensure such predatory carriers cannot continue exploiting customers. Additionally, this case will be reported to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for further investigation.

Consumers and brokers are encouraged to remain vigilant when booking transport services and demand accountability from platforms that promote security yet fail to enforce it.
