Bigfella Auto Express - Auto Transport Agreement (2026)

1. Payment Terms
Booking Deposit: A $50 deposit is required once a carrier has been assigned. Your order will not be dispatched until the deposit is successfully paid.
Dispatch & Payment Timing: Carrier sourcing begins once the transport agreement is signed. Your order is officially dispatched only after a carrier is assigned AND the deposit is paid. The deposit secures your assigned carrier and scheduled pickup.

Accepted Payment Methods
A. Zelle (Paid in Full Once Carrier Is Assigned): The full transport balance must be paid immediately once a carrier is assigned. Payment must be sent to: support@bigfellaautoexpress.com. Your carrier will not be dispatched until full payment is received and confirmed.
B. Debit / Credit Card: The $50 booking deposit, remaining transport balance, and any applicable fees or penalties. The remaining balance will be charged automatically once the carrier picks up the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NOT Accepted: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Personal checks or cashier's checks, Wire transfers.

Card Authorization: By submitting payment or providing card details, you authorize Bigfella Auto Express to charge your card for the $50 booking deposit, remaining transport balance, and any applicable fees including cancellation or dry-run fees. You agree not to dispute valid charges that comply with this agreement.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails after carrier pickup: Payment must be completed immediately via debit/credit card or Zelle. The vehicle may be withheld by the carrier until payment is cleared. Additional storage, delay, or redelivery fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy & Fees: Before Carrier Assignment: Full refund of deposit, no cancellation fee. After Carrier Assignment: The $50 deposit becomes non-refundable, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged if the customer cancels after a carrier has been assigned. If full payment was made via Zelle, no refunds will be issued. After Vehicle Pickup: No refunds under any circumstances.

Collections Notice: Any unpaid balances or fees not resolved within 7 calendar days may be sent to a third-party collections agency, subject to a 20% collections fee, and subject to additional recovery or legal costs.

2. Final Quote Guarantee: The price provided at booking is your final price. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no last-minute rate changes by Bigfella Auto Express.

3. Agreement to Dispatch: By signing this agreement or submitting a booking, the customer authorizes Bigfella Auto Express to list the vehicle on national dispatch boards, secure a licensed and insured carrier, and communicate with the carrier on the customer's behalf.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure: Customer must accurately disclose vehicle operability, lifted or lowered modifications, oversized tires, tow requirements, low ground clearance, inoperable or specialty conditions. Failure to disclose may result in additional fees, carrier refusal, or pickup/delivery delays.

5. Pickup & Delivery Windows: All pickup and delivery dates are estimated windows, not guaranteed times. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, DOT inspections, or prior deliveries.

5A. GPS Tracking Disclaimer: GPS tracking may be available but is not guaranteed. Updates may be delayed or unavailable depending on carrier equipment and location.

5B. Carrier Transfers: Vehicles may be transferred between trucks operated by the same carrier for routing efficiency. This is standard practice and remains fully covered under the same cargo insurance.

6. Customer Responsibilities: Customers must remove all personal belongings unless approved prior to dispatch, provide accurate box count and weight for approved items, ensure all items are listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL), only sign digital BOLs (no paper BOLs accepted), provide accurate contact information, be present at pickup and delivery (or assign a representative), and inspect the vehicle at delivery and document any damage. Personal Items Liability: Bigfella Auto Express is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle unless disclosed, approved, and documented prior to dispatch.

7. Carrier Cargo Insurance: All carriers maintain a minimum of $150,000 cargo insurance. Covered: Transport-related damage, theft during transit, total loss. Not Covered: Personal items, mechanical failure, acts of nature, pre-existing damage. Damage must be noted on the BOL at delivery. Bigfella Auto Express assists with claims but does not control carrier insurance decisions.

8. Cancellations & Refunds: (Already defined in Section 1 — applies fully)

9. Liability Coverage: Carrier liability includes third-party property damage and bodily injury. Does NOT include customer vehicle (covered under cargo insurance) or personal items.

10. Force Majeure: Bigfella Auto Express is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, strikes, road closures, extreme weather, or terrorism.

11. Limitation of Liability: Bigfella Auto Express is not liable for loss of use, missed travel or work, rental expenses, or indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to coordinating transport and assisting with claims.

12. Dispute Resolution: All disputes must be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the State of Texas. This agreement is governed by Texas law.

13. Agreement Acknowledgement: By signing this agreement, submitting a booking, or making a payment, the customer acknowledges all terms, authorizes charges as outlined, and agrees to all policies. This agreement becomes binding upon signature or payment.
